Evalution: Aman, hailing from a village in Chapra, Bihar, stands out as a promising candidate discovered through this program. A brilliant student in the 11th grade, pursuing science, Aman aspires to crack the JEE exam and, ultimately, qualify for the UPSC (IAS/IPS) examination. His father passed away in 2015, and due to challenging financial conditions, Aman had to relocate to his grandparents’ house to continue his studies. Fortunately, a teacher there provided valuable support.
In his 10th-grade board examination, Aman achieved an impressive score of 73%, reflecting his academic prowess. Upon being selected through our program, he is now on his way to attend a top coaching institute. However, the expenses are high, and our program can cover only 50% of the cost. Aman has set a goal to secure 90% in his 12th-grade board examination and qualify for the JEE. He studies 7-8 hours daily.
When I asked him about his determination, Aman replied, “Sir, I don’t have any other option. I must work hard to change my life and my family’s life.” Despite facing financial challenges to cover coaching fees, he remains resilient. To support him further, I have arranged a mentor for Aman, someone who successfully qualified in JEE mains and Advance. Additionally, to alleviate his financial burden, I proposed that Aman provide one hour of coaching daily to five high schools in marginalized communities, with a reimbursement of 2000 per month.

Evalution:
In my assessment, Kushi, a 9th-grade student of Garyakole Village, appears to be the weakest candidate academically. Surprisingly, she did not attend 8th grade and directly gained admission to 9th grade. Her educational goal is to achieve a minimum of 50% in the board examination. Given her academic background, Kushi requires substantial guidance and support.
Kushi’s father works as a helper painter, earning a daily wage. However, the inconsistency in his work makes it challenging for him to consistently support his children’s education. The family, consisting of Kushi, two brothers, and one sister, relies on a small piece of land to cultivate vegetables for their own consumption. Kushi attends MP Memorial Public School, where the monthly fee is 400 rupees.
To address Kushi’s academic challenges, I recommend allocating 4 hours a day for self-study. I have spoken to her mother and advised her not to involve Kushi too much in household work to allow her more time for studies. Additionally, I plan to communicate with Kushi’s tutor to explore ways to strengthen her academic performance. Given the circumstances, providing Kushi with the necessary support and a focused study environment is crucial for her to achieve her educational goals.

She commutes to school by cycle, spending an hour each way.
Ujala excels in Social Science but considers Science her weakest subject. Her goal is to achieve a score of 70% or higher in the high school board examination. To work towards this goal, my recommendation is for Ujala to dedicate at least 2.5 hours to daily self-study. Sweta, an ambitious 11th-grade student at U.S.S. Godhiyari in Hanuman Nagar Darbhanga government school, aspires to join the Administrative Services. Hailing from a family with a farming background, her father works as a farmer, while her mother is a homemaker. The family’s income is solely derived from agriculture. Sweta has a brother currently in college, and her sister is married.
Focused on pursuing arts side in school, Sweta faces a challenge with Social Science but excels in geography. Having achieved an impressive 80% in her 10th-grade examinations, she aims to secure a similar or higher percentage in her upcoming 12th-grade board exams. Currently, she attends a three-hour tuition, funded partly by our program. However, with her tutor relocating, she has found a replacement and will resume the sessions from February.
Due to the limitations of village schools, Sweta often skips classes and dedicates more time to self-study. Her daily routine begins at 4:00 am, where she studies for two hours. The support from our program plays a crucial role in her education since her study routine is highly dependent on tuition.
I recommend incorporating one hour of general knowledge study, including reading English newspaper headlines aloud. Additionally, she should allocate one hour daily to social studies, focusing on solving two previously asked board questions. To enhance vocabulary, she can pick five words from the newspaper, memorize them, and construct five sentences for each. Sweta’s hardworking and determined nature will undoubtedly contribute to her success.

Debora resides in a crowded household with her father, mother, elder brother, housewife mother, grandparents, and uncle. Their living space is limited, making it challenging for Debora to find a quiet place to study. The best environment for her studies is at her coaching classes we are providing. Despite not yet deciding on her future career path, Debora leans towards becoming a teacher. Currently enrolled in the 9th grade at Manduru’s Government High School, she is a reserved yet diligent student eager to excel academically.

Evalution:
RajKumari, a 9th-grade student from Garyakole village, has a father working as an electrician on a daily wage basis, while her mother is a housewife. The family doesn’t own any land, and RajKumari’s older brother left school to learn tiles flooring work and contribute to the family’s finances. RajKumari attends a below-average private school, and her mother takes care of their joint family.
Despite the challenges, RajKumari is a brilliant student who achieved an impressive 85% in her 8th-grade examination. She actively helps her mother and supports her younger brother in his studies. Social Science is her strongest subject, while Science is her weakest. Her goal is to secure 80% or higher in the high school board examination.
RajKumari’s dedication is evident in her daily routine, starting at 4 am with an hour of study, followed by assisting her mother with household chores and preparing for school. To further enhance her academic performance, my recommendation is for RajKumari to allocate at least 1.5 hours in the morning and 1.5 hours in the evening for daily self-study. This routine should include memorizing three new English words and creating five sentences for each. Additionally, solving two previously asked board questions for each subject will contribute to her preparation. With her hardworking nature and commitment, RajKumari is likely to excel in her high school board examination.
