Be Educated to celebrate Legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

In 2020 a deadly pandemic hit the human race with terrible force.Political tensions in parts of the world, including the United States, caused even more anxiety. Violence against people of color spurred a Black Lives Matter Movement that reached around the globe.

We look to 2021 with optimism as vaccines are distributed and the political winds begin to shift. We view it as a year of healing.

To promote this positive spirit of hope, we welcome the new year by celebrating the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. During the third week of January all of our Be Educated locations in India and Nepal will host programs for children to help them learn about the life of MLK and his contributions to humanity.

Be Educated will conclude this program by paying tribute on January 23, 2021 with an event called Creating Hope for 2021. This celebration will honor this giant personality who fought discrimination and ultimately gave his life while working tirelessly for equality, diversity and justice.
